- 1755 - James Parkinson - English physician, the first to describe paralysis agitans, a condition that would later be named Parkinson's Disease after him.
- 1920 - Robert Weitbrecht - American Physicist. Weitbrecht was a deaf physicist who invented the Teletypewriter (TTY).[1]
