- 1959 - Laura Innes - Actress. Non-disabled actress who plays Dr. Kerry Weaver on ER who walked with a cane due to a birth defect known as congenital hip dysplasia. The cause of her disability was not revealed until Season 11 of the show.

- 1893 - Jean-Martin Charcot - French neurologist, known as the "the Napoleon of the neuroses." He was the first to describe multiple sclerosis.
