Hole Punch Jig for an Office Worker

Situation

Client is an adult female with cerebral palsy who works in an office. She needs to punch holes in 8 1/2 by 11" paper. She does not have the fine dexterity to place the paper correctly and hold it there while punching the holes.

The following jig was constructed to hold the paper and allow for easier alignment. The surface is level with the surface of the punch so the paper can be easily slid into place. The jig was constructed with scrap material using approximately 1 hour of labor.

Material Costs: Scrap material - 14.95

Total - $14.95
