Births
- 1837 - James Addams Beaver - American politician. Beaver was the Governor of Pennsylvania from 1887 to 1891. He served in the Union Army during the American Civil War. He was wounded at the battle of Second Battle of Ream's Station resulting in the amputation of one of his legs.[1]
