Jump to: navigation, search

A tapper in blind swimming is a person that taps a swimmer on the head when they are coming to a wall. Tappers may assist swimmers by running from one end of the pool to the other or several tappers may be used.[1] Tapper may also refer to the device used to reach the swimmer that consists of a long pole or stick with a tennis ball attached to the end.
